When the VIDA team reaches out to our esteemed customers at their place, the following restrictions apply#: -
* 25km is the Pick Up Limit. If the customer has Subscription then it is not chargeable.
* 25km is Drop Limit. If the customer has Subscription then it is not chargeable
* 25km is Periodic Maintenance limited. Suitable Charges apply to come and perform periodic maintenance at home over and above periodic maintenance, which is also possible at workshop.
* 50km is the Towing Limit if the Towing is part of the subscribed plan. Nevertheless, 1st year is free at time of new vehicle sale.
# - Some or all the services of Subscription (s) are offered with the help of relationship of OEM with third party vendor(s) and it is subject to revision from time to time. The services offered to customer are subject to availability of the same from that particular third party vendor. Also a particular city/town may not have a particular service.
