Vida Advantage
We are delighted to introduce VIDA Advantage Pack at no extra cost, a limited period offer valid from 23rd February 2024 till 30th April 2024, applicable on purchase VIDA V1 Pro during this period (vehicle Invoice date is final in this regard). The VIDA Advantage Pack offers five salient features of our worry-free ecosystem which includes five differentiated offerings for five years from the date of Invoice of the vehicle. All of this is complimentary for our customers. The details of the offerings covered under the pack are listed below. Please refer to Annexure I for T&C.
1. Connectivity: Validity 5 years and unlimited kilometers from invoice date
2. Fast Charging Pack: Validity 5 years from invoice date or 20,000km of equivalent charging through VIDA charging network, whichever is earlier.
3. Service: This includes regular Service for all 5 years. Additionally, Brake Shoe, Brake Pad and Brake Fluid can be replaced by the customer only once across these 5 years. This can be availed by the customer by visiting any of the VIDA Authorized Workshops pan India.
4. BEW (Battery Extended Warranty): Valid in the 4th & 5th years, with an upper limit of 60,000Km. In this case, the dealer is not required to generate the Extended Warranty policies at the time of new vehicle sale. These policies will be generated from the back-end by HMCL. All claims will be processed by M/s Acko directly to the dealer, whenever any claim arises in this regard.
5. RSA (Road Side Assistance): Validity 5 years from date of invoice of the new vehicle. To avail this service, the customer needs to directly call VIDA Toll free number 1800 266 8432 Note: Only in the case of Service, the dealer is requested to follow the process for reimbursement of claims due against the delivered services.
Activation of VIDA Advantage Pack at the time of new V1 Pro vehicle sale at the dealership, during the limited offer period:
i. Dealer will complete the sales process.
ii. Vehicle invoice will be generated as usual.
iii. VIDA Advantage Pack will be added as default during the limited offer period iv. Whenever the customer visits the workshop for service, the dealer will be able to check the validity of the VIDA Advantage Pack in the Hero Connect DMS. The dealer will be able to view the unique codes associated with service/ spare parts.
Annexure I: Terms & Conditions
• Service: Accidental Damage and Commercial Usage are not covered in the VIDA Advantage Pack. Abuse and other Warranty exclusions are all applicable as provided in the Owner’s Manual.
• Charging: All terms of Charging are subject to slot availability and at the sole discretion of HMCL.
• Charging: Calculation of usage will be done basis the product range, battery capacity and the charger system. • VIDA Advantage Pack is tagged to the VIN number of the vehicle. This means it is transferable from one owner to another.
• Regular cancellation norms would apply for all the five offerings. There would be an auto Cancellation of Charging, Connectivity, Service, EW, RSA packages, if the Sales Invoice gets cancelled.
