- Price mentioned above is an estimation and may change at time of actual vehicle purchase and the price, taxes and any other levies prevalent on the day of vehicle purchase/invoicing will be applicable.
- All payments shall be made in favor of <Booking DLR> only.
- Any advance / pre-booking / booking amount will not carry any interest.
- Please ensure to take stamped receipts from our Experience Center / Warehouse in case of cash payments.
- Dealer reserves the right to cancel the pre-booking in case full payment is not received, within the stipulated time as mentioned in payment link / intimation/ communication by dealer.
- Invoicing & Registration will be done in the name & as per the details mentioned in the pre-booking documents on Vidaworld.com. Any changes in the customer particulars/details can be considered only on receipt of written communication from customer to dealership before making the final payment. No changes will be entertained after making the final payment.
- In case of change of Model/Variant/Color, delivery priority will be calculated from the date of such change request.
- The vehicle shall be delivered to the registered owner only.
- Vehicles once sold and registered shall not be taken back / replaced / exchanged under any circumstances.
- It is understood that this contract is between the dealer and the customer, and that the manufacturer is not a party to the same.
