As part of the inaugural offer this pack is being given on a complimentary basis. The complimentary pack will be accessed for a period of 12 months, this offer is valid till 31st Jul, 2025 only. For customers purchasing under the BaaS Plan, complimentary access would be valid for the entire BaaS period. The BaaS offer is valid till 31st Aug, 2025.

To initiate a charging session, download the "My Vida App," select your nearest charging station, navigate to the chosen location, plug in your vehicle, and commence charging. The "My VIDA App" provides real-time updates on your charging progress, eliminating the need for constant monitoring.
The time required to charge an electric vehicle (EV) is influenced by various factors, including charger speed (measured in kW), battery size, state of charge (SOC), vehicle model, and ambient temperature. Typically, a Vida vehicle can achieve an 80% charge from 0% in approximately 65 minutes. Charging automatically ceases upon reaching 80% SOC.
A charging session can be terminated by pressing the stop button on the vehicle's screen or within the App. Charging will also automatically discontinue when the battery's SOC reaches 80%. Once the session has concluded, the connector can be removed from your vehicle.
If a charging station is equipped with two charging guns, two vehicles can be charged simultaneously. However, if the charger has a single gun, only one vehicle can be charged at a given time.
The duration of your charging session is determined by your energy requirements (in KWh) and the battery's State of Charge (SOC). At most fast charging stations, you can charge until your battery reaches 80% SOC, at which point the session will automatically terminate.

You can sign up using your Mobile Number and Email ID. You have to link your vehicle with the VIN/ Chassis to experience the entire functionality.
Once you are connected, you will see a destination icon in the app. Clicking on the icon will open the Maps where you can search for an instruction and start the Navigation. Navigation instructions will then start appearing on the vehicle Cluster.
