Auxiliary battery (also called Aux Battery) is located inside the floor board.

 This operates at lower voltage levels but Below 12V(±0.5v) voltage level of aux battery is considered as discharged and vehicle will not be able to start. In such scenarios we recommend to immediately charge the battery". It is recommended to maintain and track aux battery health.

It is not necessary to check the battery electrolyte level or add distilled water for any customer as the battery is of MF (sealed) type. If your battery seems weak and/or electrolyte is leaking (causing electrical troubles), contact your VIDA Authorized Workshop.

There is a symbol on the Auxiliary Battery which means that the old battery must be returned to your either VIDA Authorized Workshop or Battery Manufacturer network. It must be treated as recyclable material.
