Always store your vehicle in a cool, dry place. If necessary, protect it against dust with a porous cover. Extended storage requires that you take certain steps to reduce the effects of deterioration from non-use of the vehicle.

• Remove the auxiliary battery (as guided in this Owner's Manual). Store in an area protected from freezing temperatures and direct sunlight. Charge the auxiliary battery once a month.

• Inflate the tyres to their recommended pressures. Park the vehicle on blocks to raise both tyres off the ground.

• Cover the vehicle (don't use plastic or other coated materials: Use recommended Body Cover Accessory please) and store in an unheated area, free of dampness with a minimum of daily temperature variation. Do not store the vehicle in direct sunlight. 

• Be sure the motor is cool before covering the vehicle.

• Do not keep your vehicle parked near transformers or other high electromagnetic emission devices.
