j. Seat Lock & Unlock

SEAT

Seat can be unlocked by using various methods as listed here.

 

 • Unlocking using the key fob: Press the seat unlock button on the Keyfob. The seat will release from its catch.

 • Unlocking using the Seat Unlock Button: Press the seat unlock button located below the vehicle start switch.

 • Unlocking using the MY VIDA Customer Application: Seat can be opened by using the MY VIDA Customer Application (1).

 • Unlocking using the TFT: When the vehicle is in power “ON” state, TFT screen will display seat unlock (1) switch on the screen. Slide the switch to unlock the seat.

Unlocking the Seat using Mechanical Key: The seat lock is provided on the floor board. To access the seat lock, remove the floor mat (1). We recommend to use this feature only when the Vehicle isn't switching On, otherwise use the methods mentioned in the previous section

 

To open the seat, insert the key (2) and turn it clockwise. The seat will release from its catch.

For seat locking: Close and push down on the middle of the seat until lock clicks.

 

 Make sure the seat is secured before riding.

 

 ! CAUTION: -

 Gently close the seat by hand. Sudden dropping of the seat may result in damaging the seat, seat lock and suorrounding area on the luggage box.

BOOT SPACE

 

The Boot Space is below the seat and to open and close the seat, refer to the luggage box opening section of the Owner's Manual. 

 

 Boot Space is divided into three parts: -

 

* Portable charger compartment | Portable charger should only be placed in portable charger compartment (1) over battery box lid.

 

 ! CAUTION: -

 Do not keep any object other than portable charger in the portable charger compartment.

 

 

 * Luggage compartment Maximum weight limit: 10 kg

 Never exceed the maximum weight limit; handling and stability may be severely affected. The luggage compartment may become little hot when the vehicle is running. Do not store food and other articles which are flammable or susceptible to heat. Do not direct pressurized water spray against the luggage compartment as water may enter unintended places inside vehicle.

 

 NOTE : -

 When washing your vehicle, be careful not to flood this area with water. The Pressure Jet should be <10 Bar on the vehicle in any case with >1m distance from the surface at all times.

 

 ! CAUTION: -

 Before the vehicle is pressure washed the items kept inside the luggage compartment should be removed to prevent consequential damage.

Don't leave valuable items in luggage box compartments while parking the vehicle in open spaces, we are not responsible for any damage to them or theft.

* Traction batteries compartment

 

 Traction batteries are placed in traction batteries compartment (1) below the portable charger compartment. To access the traction batteries, the traction batteries compartment lid lock (2) is provided. To open the traction batteries compartment, insert the key (3) in lock and turn it clockwise. The lid will release from its latch. To lock the traction batteries compartment, close the lid properly, insert the key in lock, press the lock and turn the key counterclockwise.

 

 Note: - The Two Traction batteries provided on your vehicle are not to be put in any other vehicle. They are meant only for your vehicle. However, you are free to place either of the two in any of the two slots meant for the same.

 

Caution: Always lock the traction battery compartment before riding or while parking the vehicle. Please don't drop the battery into the luggage box, this may damage the battery and the vehicle.
