Red LED on the portable charger at “Error” will turn “ON” if any problem is there in portable charger or batteries. Do not charge the vehicle in such a scenario. Recommendation is that you please contact VIDA Authorized Workshop.

NOTE : -

 • Do not charge when there is risk of thunderstorms or lightning.

 • Electrical surges and/or Spikes could cause damage.

 • Responsibility of 230 V AC supply at 50 Hz rests with the Owner of the Vehicle.

 • Improper charging can damage the Traction Battery and/or built-in battery charger.

 • Do not charge at a place exposed to direct sunlight or near a heater/heat source/transformer.

 • Do not use the AC outlet of a car or generator for charging the battery as may result in damage to the charger/vehicle

 • Always place the charger in well ventilated and dry area which is not exposed direct sunlight

 • Do not use the charger in places where it can't be protected from constant exposure to water

 • The charger should not be submerged in water irrespective of it being used or not
