• Leaving the vehicle in power 'ON' condition for a prolonged time, without vehicle being in use, will drain the traction battery. Power “OFF” when the vehicle is not in use.

• Always lock the steering/handle while parking for safety.

• It is recommended to use the tool kit in case of emergency only. It is always advisable to take your vehicle to VIDA Authorized Workshop.

• Never sit on the vehicle when it is supported by stand.

• Luggage compartment can be used to carry a load of 10 kg maximum.

• While charging the vehicle with portable charger, switch on AC supply only after plugging in both ends of the charging cord at their respective ends/positions.

• Always park the vehicle on a flat, firm surface, in shaded area and away from flood, fire, high electromagnetic emission such as transformers and other unsafe/high emf generating environments.

• Be aware of reverse park assist mode, in this mode vehicle will move in reverse direction when throttle is given.

• The charging time of the vehicle may vary, depending on the vehicle's traction battery state of charge (SOC).

• After power “ON” the vehicle it is recommended to wait till TFT features settle down. This ensures that the complete power cycle is completed. Then start the motor.

• The fast charging port cap has been designed to prevent water entry inside the fast charging port and is not replaceable. No warranty for charger can be claimed in case of cap damage. Hence be careful while handling charging.

• Care should be taken not to attach any such luggage which hangs out of your vehicle. Please note that the luggage attached to your vehicle should not interfere with your feet movement.

• Do not carry perishable items inside the luggage compartment. It is not fully sealed. Do not allow/spray water to get inside the luggage compartment. Take care not to spill fluid into the luggage compartment.

• Operating an overloaded vehicle will hamper riding stability and may lead to loss of control. Hence, it is advisable to carry the recommended amount of load only.

• In case of any breakdown, it is recommended that the vehicle is transported to the VIDA Authorized Workshop. Do not tow the vehicle in off condition beyond 10 km/h. This may cause damage to the motor/motor controller unit. Don't drag/roll the breakdown vehicle. Instead use flat-bed trailer.

• Use appropriate head lamp beam high/low as per the traffic regulations and road conditions for your safety. This would also avoid inconvenience to other riders.

• Never attempt to move the vehicle when the steering/handle is locked. Besides causing unbalance, it is not recommended.

• Do not touch any open cables or terminals.
