1)How frequently does VIDA need to be serviced?

-Here's the suggested service plan for VIDA V1: 1st Free Service– 1,000 Kms or 1 Month from the date of Invoice, whichever is earlier. 2nd Free Service– 7,500 Kms or 6 Months from the date of Invoice, whichever is earlier. 3rd Free Service– 15,000 Kms or 12 Months from the date of Invoice, whichever is earlier. VIDA customers will get the first three service free of cost (labor only), post that a paid periodic maintenance service at 15,000kms or 12 months is recommended. Refer to the Owner's manual to confirm your variant.

 

2)What is the DoorStep Service Facility offered by VIDA?

-You can book the service for your VIDA V1 at the comfort of your home. Simply go to the MY VIDA App and choose the available slots and your preferred time, our service executive will contact and visit and guide your further.
