Keep your VIDA Electric Scooter running like new with regular servicing!
You get 3 free services (labour only) to start with:
1. First Service – At 1,000 km or 1 month
2. Second Service – At 7,500 km or 6 months
3. Third Service – At 15,000 km or 12 months
After that, schedule a paid maintenance service every 15,000 km or 12 months. For variant-specific details, check your Owner’s Manual.
During periodic maintenance, our service team will thoroughly inspect your VIDA Electric Scooter.
If you have a Service Plan, the following consumables are covered:
• Brake oil, transmission oil, fork oil top-up or replacement, and grease application
• Brake pad & shoe hygiene check — replaced once during the plan period if found faulty
